Keystone Pipeline resumes operations after leak repaired

TransCanada today announced that the Keystone Pipeline carrying crude from Canada to locations in Illinois and Oklahoma was back in service. The line had been out of service since Nov. 17 when a 5,000-barrel leak was discovered in South Dakota.
