For the U.S. to become energy dominant, the Texas Oil and Gas Association believes it has to start in the Lonestar state. In a new report created to highlight the role Texas play’s in the U.S. oil and gas ecosystem, Todd Staples, TXOGA president, said his state has shown how to apply know-how to capitalize on opportunity. “Our nation’s ability to achieve and sustain energy dominance rests here in the heart of Texas,” he said.

The association’s report, “U.S. Energy Dominance Starts in Texas,” offers talking points that help to back Staples, assertion.
