Goodnight Midstream has expanded its network of water fluids operations to another shale play. After success in the Bakken followed by the Permian, the Dallas-based company has established a presence in the Eagle Ford. Through the acquisition of Wyatt Water Solutions LLC, Goodnight Midstream will know have saltwater disposal assets in Atascosa County, Texas.

“Our combination with Wyatt Water Solutions capitalizes on Goodnight’s substantial experience building and operating saltwater gathering systems and the facilities while strategically providing known customer commitments and expanding our footprint into the Eagle Ford shale,” said Patrick Walker CEO of Goodnight.

Eric Leuenberger, founder of Wyatt Water Solutions and a petroleum engineer, will run Goodnight’s Eagle Ford operations. He previously helped to develop assets in the Eagle Ford counties of Atascosa, Live Oak and Karnes for Cinco Resources.

The purchase of Wyatt Water Solutions was funded through Goodnight’s credit facility, operating cash flows and equity investment from Tailwater Capital LLC.
